Replacing old equipment is key to any golf operation. This week two new fairway mowers arrived. They replaced two older used units that we acquired from the old Green Gables Country Club.
These are true hybrid drive systems that average a 20% fuel savings on a conventional fairway mower.
The cutting units are designed without hydraulic components which improves maintenance and reduces liabilities in the field.
We house 6 fairway mowers and use 4 of them consistently all season long. We now have 4 models with the best technology for all 27 holes
