Water Update

As you may expect, the water outlook is great. The mountains are holding plenty of snow and we are expecting a long prosperous melt off. Areas around Mt. Evans still hold almost two feet of snow.

A slow start to spring and summer can help with providing fresh water to the club, long into the season for irrigation.

Last year we used every drop of storage water in both of our off site reservoirs. This year I would think we may not need much at all.

Our ditches have been off temporarily since early last week due to a leak in a Denver Water conduit that is the source of all area ditches. We expect the ditch to be turned back on by the end of this week. We have used a little storage water in the meantime to get us through the warmer weather from this past weekend.
