Plenty of things going on around the club this spring. Now that the weather has cleared some it is time to get after some important details. This spring we are getting into some warranty work with the parking lot.
SLV Concrete is back on site spending the week rehabilitating some areas that did not hold together from the initial install.
The biggest inconvenience will be the entrance to the Bogies Lot. Please drive carefully and watch for signs. We will adjust traffic accordingly through the renovation work.
We are also tackling an area in the lower lot close to the outdoor tennis courts. This area is less invasive to traffic, but again please be careful when driving through the lots.
For those of you who remember the parking lot project we did a concrete overlay on top of the existing asphalt. Some areas did not survive as well. The demo will consist of taking out the asphalt underneath as well. Then pour a sufficient amount of concrete and base material.
We plan to have concrete back in place by the end of the week and reopen in early April.
