Aerification is complete on the golf courses so we opened back up for play today.
Meanwhile there is more cart path being poured today out of the work site. Today we poured the remaining cart path out of the construction area except for the tie in to the parking lot. That area will be prepared today for a pour tomorrow morning.
A handicap access path was also poured today for the tennis courts. This will allow our handicap members and guests to access the courts.
Preparation is underway for the final cart path pour of the project. Here we are meeting up with the parking lot. We created a clean edge for a smooth transition from parking to golf.
There will be no more concrete pours this fall. We had taken care of more of 1 & 13 cart paths than originally planned. The 12th hole and Pfluger 1 tee are next on the list to be replaced. However at this time we must focus on getting turfgrass grown in and healthy for winter. Cart path can be replaced at a future date.
