Tee Work

Many of the new tees we have built over the past few years require some extra attention to increase root mass and turf health.

Some of these tees have rocky and clayey soils that make it difficult to get a tee into the ground properly. One way to improve these conditions is to aerify the tee surface and apply a heavy sand topdress.

Aerification assists with loosening the soil and it allows us to incorporate sand which is a better medium for plant health, root development and it improves the ability to put a tee into the ground.
