Course Conditions & Notes

Ten inches of moisture has fallen already this year at the club. This is 2/3 of our average annual total. Sure the wet weather can be good for the grass, but don’t forget, the grounds staff likes to play golf too. The wet weather slows our productivity as wet grass is a big strain on mowers, equipment and safety. We aim to take advantage of dry periods to mow and maintain the property.

The 9 hole diner call box now has a new home. Last season we experienced some difficulties as the box became too hot in the sun which altered the performance of the box. On Monday it was moved closer to the mature Ash tree at the tee box. It is conveniently located near the bench, ball washer, trash can and tee sign.
