Warranty Work

This week we have had some warranty work done on our wall along Quincy Avenue. There have been a few panels that have settled in some fashion. Fortunately with as many panels as there are only a dozen have moved slightly.

The wall company is back on the scene this week and next. They are digging by hand under the wall to make the repairs. Once the hole is dug, the wall will be jacked up to the appropriate level and then a bracket will be installed to keep it into place. All of the work is being completed along the side walk and will not impact the golf course at all.

The Greens neighborhood next to the club had similar work completed recently. The outcome is being well received.
