Eight inches of new snow this weekend and a half inch of needed moisture. This was another welcomed sight for drought conditions. According to some officials we are still 6-8 feet of snow below normal conditions. Our snow pack is hovering around 70% normal, even with the recent moisture. Cooler temps and low evaporation rates are allowing us to continue to fill reservoirs.
We were scheduled to aerify Pfluger greens tomorrow and will have to postpone this practice. We'll monitor the weather and snow melt this week and give you advance notice of any closures to complete aerification. The Maxwell greens are still on schedule to be closed for aerification on April 1st & 2nd.
