This year we are stepping up our efforts on the golf course to recycle. Many of the items thrown in the trash each day can be co-mingled into one place and it reduces the amount of trash we dispose. Beer cans, Gatorade, water cups and bottles, paper and even those hot dog holders can all be placed into the recycle container.
The recycle bin is the smaller round hole, while food waste and Styrofoam can be placed into the larger receptacle. Since they are attached to the ball washers, our goal is to place them strategically throughout the course so all players can have access to them.
Sticker labels are being made for each bin and will be made available as soon.
