9 Hole Diner Improvements

It is no secret that the trip hazards around the 9 hole diner needed attention. Since the course is hard to get to with the snow cover, spending time at the diner is manageable.

Last week, the staff was busy removing the asphalt to the south of the diner. Some tree roots have heaved the asphalt and have created some serious trip hazards. The guys were careful removing the four inch thick slabs of asphalt, not to damage the tree or the building.

Today, we put in dirt and began preparing the area for sod in the spring. We'll need to make some minor adjustments for irrigation before installing the turf.
