Snow Daze

The course continues to provide recreation

Cross country skiing is a great way to get some exercise while we wait for golf. There are many users of the skinny skis out there. We are fine with you taking to the terrain, however we ask that you stay away from greens and tees. The best way to get around is in the tracks that are already made. Tracking onto the short grass could result in ice damage down the line.

Snow total on 8 approach

We are finding snow totals close to 9 inches around the golf course. It will take some time to melt the latest snowfall to find the course ready for golf. We are approaching 4 weeks of snow cover. The staff has been probing around for ice cover and so far so good. Melting has been extremely slow or non-existent, which is a good thing for turf health. As the days continue to get longer and warmer, we will look to clear areas that are only prone to ice damage.
